MARK PRICE
MARC BAISSUS
Mark, raised in a family deeply immersed in the real estate industry, developed a strong belief in the significance of personal connections. After studying Political Science and Economics in Paris, he fell in love with the culture, cuisine, and surfing in the southwest corner of France.
Following a 17-year career as an Assistant Cameraman in Hollywood, he impulsively purchased an ocean view property near Tamarindo in 1998. His chance encounter with the owners of the Tamarindo Century 21 Franchise, while selling imported wine from California, prompted a career shift. Despite initial reservations, Mark transitioned into real estate, eventually winning top producer awards between 2003-2007.
In 2008, during the Great Financial Crisis, Mark demonstrated courage and founded Sol Realty & Investment Consulting, emphasizing personalized service over the bureaucracy of larger firms.

Mark credits his family for his resilience and success, working closely with his wife, Liliana, and their daughters, Tiffany and Emilia. Outside of work, Mark finds joy in surfing, reading, and exploring economic and geopolitical theories, supported by his multilingual abilities in Spanish, French, and German.
Marc Baissus, is the mastermind behind the sales and marketing operations of Sol Realty Tamarindo, one of the most reputable small real estate agencies in Guanacaste.
With a distinguished background in the luxury and hyper-luxury sectors of Paris, including high-end cars, watchmaking, and jewelry, Marc pursued his lifelong passion for international real estate and relocated to Costa Rica three years ago with his partner, one of the Top Chefs Australia.
Thanks to his unwavering dedication to his clients and his expertise in English, French, and Spanish, Marc quickly became a leading force in the market, earning a reputation for his professionalism, perseverance, and tenacity.
